We strive to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days after order confirmation, subject to product availability.
Estimated delivery times are:

• Delhi NCR: 2–4 Business Days
• Metro Cities: 3–6 Business Days
• Other Cities & Towns: 4–8 Business Days
• Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the courier partner and destination.

3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment.

Medistar Healthcare reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

From time to time, we may offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional orders.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with trusted courier companies to ensure safe and timely delivery, including:

• Blue Dart
• Delhivery
• DTDC
• XpressBees
• Ecom Express
• India Post (where applicable)

Courier partners may vary depending on your delivery location.

5. Multiple Product Orders

If your order contains multiple products:

• We will make every effort to ship all products together.
• In certain cases, products may be shipped separately based on availability or warehouse location.
• You will receive tracking information for each shipment, if applicable.

• PIN Code
• Mobile Number

Medistar Healthcare will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

7. Serviceable Locations

We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India.

If your location is not serviceable by our courier partners, we will notify you and, where applicable, process a refund for your order.

8. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipment details via:

These details will include your tracking number and courier partner information.

9. Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Medistar Healthcare shall not be held liable for delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances.

10. International Shipping

Currently, Medistar Healthcare delivers only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time.

11. Damaged Packages

If the outer packaging appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery:

• Inspect the package carefully before accepting it.
• If the product inside is damaged or incorrect, contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery.
• Please share photographs of the package and product to help us investigate the issue.

12. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed because:

• The customer is unavailable,
• The address is incorrect,
• The customer refuses delivery,

our courier partner may attempt re-delivery. If the order is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
